Standing Stone Account - DDO and LOTRO separation

Hi Mods,

I've recently downloaded LOTRO thinking it would use the same account details. Unfortunately it doesn't.

I've attempted to log into standing stone using the account details I have. > fails.
I"ve reset the password associated with my DDO login through the Standing Stone website.
I am still unable to log into standing stone in order to generate a licence for LOTRO in order to play.
I've had DDO for quite some time through steam.

Is there something I'm failing to do?

Edit: The login for my forum should use the same email address as my DDO login.
I cant recall why the two login names are different... probably to do with the fact I joined forums well after i had my turbine account.

I'm having the same issue. Did you ever get a resolution? sadly standingstonegames look to have 0 support this is terrible i buy something from the ddo market the Half-Orc Pack and never have anything in game , My ticket activity 0 reply , thank you i just have everything peace

DDO and LOTRO do not share accounts on creation. You can get in touch with Account Support for assistance, who can get you a key to apply to your account: https://help.standingstonegames.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

I apologize for posting here, but I do not know how to create a new thread, since I am new and I cannot find the option. But I got the same problem as the OP and I already created a ticket. My ticket ID is 133374
