Poison Spellpower

So I'm really confused where poison spell power comes from. I can't seem to find anything that increases it aside from general potency items. Is there in fact anything out there or should I just... try to find a piece of gear with potency. Part of me is feeling like this wasn't thought through very well...

Nullification items also increase Poison spell power.

Not all sources of Negative spell power work though.

To max out null/poison spell power, I would farm the dreadkeeper/legendary dreadkeeper set from the sharn docks chain and the stygian wrath/legendary stygian wrath from the first sharn chain and the silverthread/legendary silverthread belt from the raven loft chain. The belt is unique because it adds enhanced Null/poison where all other spell point items are equipment bonuses so they stack. the first set is ml 17 and you can use it all the way to 29 as the set bonuses and basic stats are far better thatn anything else you will run across.

It is worth noting that the Universal spellpower bonuses from the set bonuses for The Ravenloft heroic Beacon of Magic (Artifact) and Adherent of the Mists (Profane) sets are not currently affecting Poison spellpower.

This is presumably a bug.
