What pac do I need for the FR Wheloon prison entry area?

Sorry Kobold Union, but I am hopelessly lost.


I need to get access to a dungeon my static group is running this week.

And no, OF COURSE I can't give you the name of the quest. But it's the portal in at the top of the wooden stairs in Eveningstar.

Error message says I need to buy the Wheloon content pac, but when I hit "Buy Now" it sends me to an empty DDO store screen...

yeah. log into the game, open ddo store, there should be a tab along the top that says redeem code, copy and paste it in there
