I was just in the quest A Sharn Welcome, full party, Reaper 6. About 2 minutes into the quest we had a total game freeze and the entire party died. This happens too frequently! You really need to put more effort into fixing the crippling lag issues and less time into: (1) releasing updates so full of bugs I've lost count (we are NOT your QC dept.); (2) nerfing things people paid money for thus making them upset; and (3) planning the entire game around the priorities of the Hard Core Server, which is nothing more than a shameless money-grab for some silly cosmetics, with the side effect of completely destroying the populations on the live servers.

Please just fix the lag already, if you can. Adding more stuff on top of a laggy foundation can't be helping.

One final issue: SSG's refusal to disclose the HC schedule for 2020 is borderline unethical imo. My VIP subscription renews next month. I do not want to renew it if HC will run for 3 or 6 months this year. HC destroys the populations on the live servers and makes the game not fun and difficult to fill raids. I need to know the HC schedule to make an informed decision regarding renewing my VIP subscription.

I loved HCL1 since it was a distraction from the grind and the fresh start was fun after a long while.

Seeing now that the Developers made the "normal" game QoL worse for me by removing ship buffs(actually resists only, so much for " they were supposed to go anyway" crowd),
killing most Bow builds by trying to nerf Inq, which was supposedly "fine" for a year. And worst the terrible long Teleport from Boarding Pass only to allow fewer ppl to escape in HCl.

My Sub is up for renewal in the Summer and depending on the schedule I will clearly think of not renewing it.

It costs them nothing to also make the announcement on the Forums. They should have.
