Audio Issue

The sound playback does not see my headset.
The voice capture AND the voice playback see my headset.
How do I fix the sound playback? Did not have this issue until the update.

I am also having the same issue, but I run 2 instances of the game . the first one works great, but the second can't find anything. How did you fix it?
