With U45 is light damage being nerfed?

With changes to KotC is light damage changing?

According to this (https://www.ddo.com/forums/showthread.php/511790-U45-Preview-2-Knight-of-the-Chalice-Changes), it appears light damage in the Cores are getting a buff. It does not appear light damage is getting nerfed in the Tiers.

EDIT: Divine Sacrifice (in Tier 3) appears to no longer be doing Light damage. Maybe Light damage is getting nerfed overall?

EDIT 2: But see the new Improved Turning (new Tier 4 enhancement that was moved from old Tier 1 where it was called Divine Light) which does a bunch of Light damage to Undead that scales 200% with Melee Power.

EDIT 3: It looks like the amount of Light Damage given in the Cores might make up for and exceed the loss of Light damage done by the old Divine Sacrifice.

Light damage is getting a notable BUFF. The damage dice in core weren't changed at all, but now they scale with 200% melee power instead of 100%. That's a big difference later in the game.
