Gearing a Pally without raid gear

Hi all, wanted to see others opinions on gear setups that do not include raid items for pally with the update coming. Here is what I am currently planning and wanted to see if I could improve:

Eye:Legendary Collective Sight (Charisma +21, Insightful Strength +10, Quality fort +4, quality MRR +20)
Head:Legendary Arcsteel Brim (MRR +54, Insightful MRR +26)
Neck:Legendary Family Recruit Sigil (TS, AP +33, Deadly +17, RF)
Body:Legendary Enforcer's Plate (PRR +54, HA +85, HP +81, fort +214)
Back:Legendary Mantel of Fury (DS +22, Con +19, Dodge +19, Raging Resilience)
Wrist:Brand of Kalok Shash (Strength +22, Quality accuracy +8, Quality deadly +8, Fire absorption +53)
Waist:Legendary Silverthread Belt (enhanced Devotion +202, Positive spell crit +29)
Feet:Legendary Flightfoot Greaves (FoM, speed 15, NA +19, reflex +16)
Hand:Legendary Hammerfist (Insight DS +11, Cannith Combat Infusion, Seeker +21, Insightful Deadly +8)
Ring 1: Slavers (Wisdom +17, Devotion Spell Power +185, Vertigo/Shatter +20, Quality Strength +4)
Ring 2: Legendary Celestial Ruby Ring (Dexterity +21, Stunning +23, Accuracy +33, Ghostly)
Trinket: Legendary Symbol of the Slave Lords (Insightful Con, TS, Lesser Displacement)

EDIT: If you care about Dodge, think about Legendary Enforcer's Coat (Medium armor) instead of the Legendary Enforcer's Plate. The AC isn't much different but the Dodge cap is significantly higher.

If your going for 2hf your best weapon is probably tail of the scorpion. That falcion from the last quest in house j.

You could likely do better with your boots as you can cast fom and take blinding speed at 27.

I wonder if you could move your artifact to a wisdom ring, move slave lords to boots (and taking sheltering), freeing up bracer for mysterious bracer (amp + in mrr), or hallowed castigators (devotion + insihtful sheltering). That would free up your helm for an extra slot.

Pallies dont get FOM, just DW which is w/e at epics as I have the 3x mass dw clickie. I considered taking blinding speed and swapping some things around but Its not really worth it imo, unless you can come up with something better. The boots provide FOM, Speed, NA AC (which might or might not be useful, not sure how much AC I can get). The slavers ring covers my devotion, though I am missing insightful prr which I wish I could slip in. The helm is definitely my weakest item in the setup, it only covers my MRR, but I cannot slip anything else for MRR. I suppose I could swap the WIS on the slavers ring for sheltering for 45 MRR and swap the helm, but not sure what would be better at this point. Umber Brim used to be my choice, but with the change to divine might its worthless now. As for the artifact, the 22 strength and the quality attack and damage are more worthwhile than what other artifacts provide. The charisma artifact would give a little bit of spell power, the wis artifact would still have the quality attack and damage but wisdom is mostly useless for this build outside of assamir lives. Only took wisdom on the slavers because I either had everything else, or could cover it with an augment.

15 G2HF
18 Quicken
21 OC
24 Completionist
26 P2HF
27 Epic DR
28 P2WF
29 DC
30 Arborea and either maximize or Child of Feat or possibly blinding Speed

I am considering dropping P2WF for diefic warding, 5% ds for 30 prr/mrr seems like a nice trade to me.....

I'm curious why you don't want to include any raid gear in this gear layout? Much of it is easy to get and significantly better in slot.

I do not have any and am not part of a guild that raids. If there is a LFM for one up I would join if I was in the level range but its not often that I am. There are not that many pugs for raids on argo as it is. Not that I wouldnt love a blood rage chism or the maul from baba.

Ah, that sucks.
May I suggest moving to Cannith?
its a well populated server with plenty of fairly competent PUG raids at peak times
There are also a number of Guilds that regularly run Raids that will fill out the last couple spots with PUGs fairly regularly

Well, im sure theres more ppl like me playing who very rarely group in this game.
In fact.. i cant actually remember the last time i was in a group of more than 2 people (where the other was very often my son... who has not been playing for a year anymore, dang).

It might sound it sucks, but i can still enjoy this nevertheless. And atleast for me, the insights and advice regarding the self obtainable gear is always very welcome! :D

I think i have raided when the max level was 10, so Vault of Night or sumthing like that?
But, its not the game's fault ive been lazy to get new friends or seek to join PUG's, so... yah.
