I'm looking at the description in wiki
"You win DDO! You've leveled your Character to (at least) 20 in every class, and for your effort you can take this Feat in all future incarnations of this character. Unlike other passive Past Life Feats, this is a purchased feat and requires a feat slot."
Now, after trying for this I'm worried I've not interpreted it correctly!
Does it mean you need to be 1-20 single class for all available classes or just make sure you've got to 20 with each class as a majority in a multi-class build?
Reason I ask is my current MO for this is to lvl to 7 cleric then 13 in the required class(es). Reason being self heal, free action and death ward. As I find all are vital for levelling. Also bizarrely Nightshield as every bugger under the sun uses magic missile or its higher level varieties.

You need at least one past life for each class. That means you had to run 1 to 20 (or 15-30 for Iconic) and reincarnate to get a Heroic past life and which Past Life feat you get depends on which class you had more of than any other (ties go in alphabetical-ish order).
Once you get at least one Past Life for each class, you can take the Completionist feat as one of your feat choices.

Potions and items for death ward, wands and pots for healing. Many classes have some self healing also. I generally take 1st level rogue then all the rest in the desired class, sometimes a second level of rogue for evasion.

It isn't common, but you still can get clickies of Shield occasionally. The most likely place to find them is in your Airship vendor for jewelry if you have it. Three Finger Thad is the Airship amenity that sells jewelry that can sometimes still have clickies.
If no one is on your airship for 5 minutes, everything will reset when you go back on the airship. That's when you can check for clickies again.

Waterworks and Shan-To-Kor end reward lists can have shield clickies on them still. Also Mithril/Adamantine armor and shields...well, Mithril anyway, not sure if Adamantine still drops.

Ok thanks, that's a relief!
I know clickies and whatnot are available but cleric levels are just the most convenient way for me at least and the class itself is quite good now they added domains. You can also make sure your hires all have death ward casts as well I guess if your willing to sacrifice the xp.

You need 1 "Past Life" of each. Past Life is determined by the "Dominant Class" of your build when you hit Level 20.
o https://ddowiki.com/page/Past_Life_Feats#Dominant_class
Reason I ask is my current MO for this is to lvl to 7 cleric then 13 in the required class(es)...
So, with Cleric 7, you need at least 8 levels of your target PL Class, with the exception of Barbarian or Bard, which you can get with 7 (as they win the "tie").
