Precision Lens's Manslayer not triggering

I bug reported this two hours ago but since it's a weekend the Help Desk folks must be off.

Drow male, umpteenth life. 6FvS/ 2 Ftr/ 2 Rngr.
Dual wielding (A pair of Echo of Whelms)

I have Precision Lenses: https://ddowiki.com/page/Item:Precision_Lenses yet no vorpals pop when rolling/ confirming a nat 20 on a human.
(Black and Blue- cultists, non-champs don't get vorp'd)

I can confirm manslayer works with the Ring of the Stalker (level 15, Cannith Challenge item). I'm running the same build, I just happened to find the lenses this life and equipped them.

Just to confirm, the process of your testing is as follows:

#1 roll a nat 20 against a human(oid)

#2 You confirmed the critical hit (no just rolling nat20 isn't enough to proc manslayer, it needs to be a confirmed critical)

#3 the mob in question neither was manslayer instakilled, nor took the 100 damage that strong enemies take instead of being killed.

Rinse and repeat, Yes. Combat log had no manslayer damage, no blue vorpal affect associated and it was only on heroic so nothing had over 1k hp anyway.
