A radical suggestion I admit - but I think resetting all 1st time bonusses (but not favor or flagging) on the 1st of every month would be good for the game.
a) It makes staying at cap for a longer time more viable.
b) It makes having several alts at cap more viable as you can then alternate between them getting 1st time reaper xp giving them a chance to keep up.
c) The lure of those 1st time bonusses is likely to make buying and using xp pots more tempting.
d) Because many people will have 1st time bonusses ready at the same time, groups should be plenty at cap during the start of the month. Meaning we can more people of the not too large playerbase to actually be at the same level at the same time.
Thus I believe that this suggestion would benefit in several ways where the game is lacking right now (alts, cap, getting the playerbase to be at the same level at the same time - yet still offer plenty of lure to spent money).
