Items with Dusk, Blur, Blurry, Lesser Displacement...these do not seem to stack. Example: If I have Guidance of Shar (20% Blurry) and Blurfingered Glovers (25% Lesser Displacement), these are all Concealment and thus do not stack, correct?

Correct.

pretty much every source of concealment in the game is typed enhancement and thus does not stack.

You can see more detail in the "+" tab of your character sheet. Short version is, there are two types: concealment (blur etc.) and incorporeality (ghostly etc.). Like doesn't stack with like.

20% concealment + 20% incorporeality also doesn't make 40% total, because the game checks for em separately, but it's still good to have both.

Half correct. Or, correct in all practical situations. But just for the sake of being thorough...

Concealment is the mechanic, its not what determines stacking or not. You describe two sources of enhancement bonus to Concealment Chance, and its the fact they're both the same type of bonus that means they're non stacking.

You could, in theory, have a 20% enhancement bonus to Concealment and a 10% Insightful bonus to Concealment, and those would stack to give you 30% Concealment. But AFAIK there is no source of Concealment bonus that isnt the same type as every other one. And there are no Enhancements or Feats or Epic Destinies that grant Concealment; those are always universally stacking, unless they're specifically typed.
