Dear Coin Lord Amanatu,
I write to you as a concerned citizen of Stormreach following the recent influx of unruly ruffians riding their mounts through the beautiful streets of our city. I have on numerous occasions been caused to fear for my life at being trampled by these overly fast beasts of burden and I am now suffering from waking nightmares at even the distant sound of those clippety cloppety hooves. Furthermore, my beast-master is at his wits end with the time it takes him to clean the paws of my favourite snow leopard owing to the growing piles of odourous droppings left by these hateful creatures.
I humbly request that you consider some means to control the hooligans on these equine pests, perhaps a system of magical lamps at junctions to control the flow of traffic safely would be a start, or a means of pictorially capturing the worst offenders as they speed through the streets so that they may be brought to swift and hugely revenue-raising justice.
I remain Sir,
Your Obedient Servant,
Baron Charles Montague III
