Wilderness Guide Flavor

Cab rides are not free. I suggest all future wilderness guides charge a fee in platinum to take you somewhere. Not a large amount, but something.

I think this would be a nice flavor injection.

I would like to see it retroactively applied to existing guides but realize that may be harder.

I'd also like if the "shortcut" options for undiscovered waypoints were also set in some (large) plat cost instead of AS. I can't imagine many people spend premium currency on something like that.

The lizard in Wheloon who charges AS for one-time transport is even more ridiculous
