EPIC Keep on the Borderlands - Higher Difficulties Monsters DCs too high

When playing most of these quests on EE or low reaper I am finding hat most of the monsters are always making their saving throws vs my spells. At level 20 my DCs were 69 at 25 my DCs are 74 and these monsters in level 21 quests never fail. Too make matters worse any monster (and in KOB there are a lot) that has good reflex stat also has evasion...can this please be looked at I think for the level my DC are good if not very good but the monsters always save. I hink the monsters saves should be lowered a bit and also maybe not give every bat, scorpion, goblin, archer and rat evasion.

Thanks for an otherwise great pack I love having some mid and low level epic gear options.

Are you sure it isn't a spell pen thing, you can have a high dc, but if spell pen is low, it wont matter. If you see a blue shield pop up on them when you cast, it's a spell pen issue.

Having the same troubles here and it's not a spell pen issue (the only mobs that require it in that pack are demons iirc). The mobs that tend to give me the most trouble are the goblins and hobgoblins, surprising amount of saves even when playing to their mechanical weakness. However, I don't mind so much that a lot of things have evasion (mostly goblins).

Absolutely not a spell penetration issue it is over performing saves and evasion on most monsters that have high reflex saves. With a bit more testing I boosted my DCs up by another 6 and my spells started landing again some times about 35% if I were guessing so about 1 out of 3 targets pretty consistently. My issue is this is supposed to be a level 21 base quest when I do any other quest up to base quest level 25 including the new twelve quests I do not have any issues with my spells landing they might not be no fail but they do seem pretty close to no fail plus not all the monsters have evasion. Its nice to have more spread out content in epics I would just like it to be more balanced monsters for a level 21 quest.

I agree, Mob Dcs/spell pen in Borderlands is over fired.
