is there a thread to see which server, on average, runs the highest skull reaper stuff? or the server with the most people who have achieved the highest tier rewards?

I wouldnt imagine there's much difference - theres plenty of vets with "fully mature" characters on every server, they'll all be able to run the highest tier of content.

Cannith/Orien are the high-volume servers, so if your main concern is finding PUGs then thats probably the statistically most likely place to find them.
