LVL 20 epic destinies??

I reached lvl 20 - am a VIP, and MotU is not available(not listed in store) - but i can talk to fatespinners (2) and can access the tables and map of destinies but nothing stays marked. Crtl-E gets a message "talk to fatespinner". Since i cant buy MotU what do i get for buying the destiny access from the store , is this per character, or per account (the 995coins)?
Character is 14 barb 6 rogue and i already have 350k of 600k experience earned.

I just thought - i may have bought MotU a loong time ago - no way to check?

MotU is only available through the DDO market (

It has never been available through the store.

If you buy ED's through the store then it will be account based not just character

Since your level 20 one of the ways to see if you bought MotU is to go try and enter the kings forest in eveningstar.

It's also available as Steam DLC, that's how I got it.
