Heroic Sentient Gems - Non-Upgradeable

So I have been on a ETR grind for some time, and getting ready to go back to Heroics and am realizing I will miss my weapon talking to me. Any chance of adding Sentient Gems that could be added to weapons, but simply remove the feature that allows them to be upgraded? You could even put them in the DDO store only, to allow players to purchase the gems, to slow into their Heroic Gear, just to have the extra comedic dialogue going as they run through dungeons killing stuff.

I never quite understood why sentient gems are available only from level 20+ ... I mean that's only 10 levels up to 30, compared to the 20 levels from 1-20 ... "Sentient game role play" only for 10 levels ? Why ?

Never heard of that one taking sentient gems, but Heroic Bone Crusher does, and when they fixed the epic version of Bone Crusher (which previously would not take sentient gems) they said they were going to leave heroic Bone Crusher as-is.

The Epic Bone Crusher can now properly accept sentience. Known Issue: The Heroic Bone Crusher still accepts sentience erroneously, we're not fixing it because it would destroy all of your Sentient XP, so you're welcome :P
