Vip subscription

So i resubbed to my VIp subscription for 3 months but my account is being treated like a free to play and none of the content or chars on my account that should be accessible are. Is there a long delay before your account gets reactivated to VIP status after purchasing it or should i not bother and just call my credit card company and have them do a chargeback!!

Did you log out and log back in? I have to do this each time after re-subbing in order for the VIP benefits to kick in.
