You may already own it then. Check your quest journal (the "L" key) and see if you have "Menechtarun" listed on the left hand side.

I am Premium, not VIP. I checked my Quest Journal, its not there.
Is it like Gianthold? F2P once the Toon reaches Level 10?

in the DDO store, navigate to:
Account / Adventure Packs / Mid Level /
or
Account / Adventure Packs / Epic Level /
it would appear as "The Demon Sands"
If you are not seeing it there, then do a search (in the upper left) by typing DEMON
if the first item that shows up is "180 Minute Demon Sands Guest Pass", then you already own the Demon Sands adventure pack.
if you are trying to get to the Zawabi's Refuge zone hub for Demon Sands, you can either:
1. go to the marketplace, and look for Kupper Nickel (on the map, it is marked as "Sands of Menechtarun" - he is down the stairs to the west of the airship portal)
2. if you are part of a large guild, your airship captain might have the option "I want the Farshifter to send me someplace" --> Zawabi's Refuge in the Sands of Menechtarun
3. or your airship cargo bay may have a similar farshifter that can take you to Zawabi's Refuge.
I am a little confused by your question though - gianthold adventure pack is not f2p, although yes, entry to Gianthold zone is level-restricted.
but Zawabi's Refuge does not have a minimum level to get into afaik. you should try getting to Zawabi's Refuge, and then you will know for certain if you already own the pack or not.

Confirmed.
I just ran a Level 3 alt to KupperNickel (N. Marketplace, down the stairs from teleporter) on an account that has Sands - got there fine. Alted to Level 3 on a mule account (with no packs) and tried the same thing, they got a popup asking if I wanted to buy Sands.

If a search isn't turning it up in the store, try this method from C-dog's post. Visit KupperNickel in the Market. See what the dialogue offers, if you own it he will offer to transport you there, if you don't, it should open the Store for you to purchase it.

Thanks, it appears I already own Demon Sands. I just started playing DDO again after 3 years away. Your answer was very helpful.

Grats!
Best to buy everything On Sale if you can stand the wait. You'll save 1,000's of DP over time if you do.
(If you don't own them already, Vault of Night (-50%) and all the Necro packs (-75%) are currently on deep sale.)

These are really good packs to get however you will need groups, gold seal hirelings or alt accounts to do all the Necro 1 content. The first quest in the chain requires 4 buttons to be stood on simultaneously and at least temporarily splits the party when you do so.
I rejoined DDO at F2P launch and have bought all of the content on my main account and significant parts of it on alt accounts and I definitely endorse C-Dog's opinion on buying packs on sale. The sales make collecting a coherent pathway for your characters possible. VIP is also a bargain if you can afford it since you get access to all non-xpac quest content and you get 500 DP a month which can be saved up for buying more content if you decide to let your VIP lapse or want to buy the xpac quests when they hit the store.

It's not overly difficult to trigger the four pressure plates in 'Tomb of the Burning Heart' there are several methods if "soloing", as with 'The Xorian Cipher' pressure plates.
Typically for the above Necropolis quest; my Assassin uses 1 Hireling and slain undead monster bodies to trigger the plates. Probably the hardest part for me is; seeing in the darkness where the pressure plates are positioned but I'm nearly always successful, first attempt.
The 'Flesh Maker's Laboratory' can be very tricky to solo, with a single hire but it can be done, and 'Tomb of the Forbidden' requires a lever puller, e.g. hireling. Also 'The Cursed Crypt' ideally needs a "lever puller". There are several quests in the Necropolis that have mechanics where things like levers have to be operated near simultaneously.
I solo play the majority of quests on my Assassins. I've never used either a Gold Seal Hirelings or Gold Seal Permanent Hireling within the live games. Throw a coin in the fountain of dust.
