Shows down for me too. Looking on the service news notes, I thought restarts started at 9:30 EST?

Yes, the DDO Servers are down, I believe some of them did have Global Broadcast messages whereas others might not have. I logged in a few minutes before the Downtime and didn't see a announcement.

The games generally don't start till January, prob just the bi-weekly restart that we now get, but don't sue me if I'm wrong;)

On Sarlona, I picked up the announcements at 60, 45, 30 and 15. I had finished what I was doing at that point and logged, but I am not sure what the reasoning for the reboot was. I didn't see any hiccups during the three quests that I ran earlier.
