Final gear set?

So of all my characters I seem to enjoy my warforged plaemaster the most. I'd like to put some effort into kitting him out in the best available gear, but after a few hours of playing gear tetris I think I'm worse off than when I started(funnily, though, I actually LIKE this aspect of the game). This will be a long-term project I know, but its nice to have something to shoot for. I shelled out for the +7 every stat tome, so seems worth investing in.

I have the The Zarash'ak Ward, but have him wearing Doctor Vulcana's Broken Wristwatch & Legendary Black Velvet Caplet for in items. I'm not really sure what's going to be the best answer. For now, he is wearing:

Legendary Memory of Fine Regalia
Legendary Silverthread Belt
Legendary Attunement Gauntlets
Legendary Adversion
Legendary Stone Shoes
Legendary Black Velvet Caplet
Legendary Doctor Vulcana's Broken Wristwatch
Legendary Paramnesial Lenses
Legendary Pansophic Circlet
Legendary Stygian Wrath
Legendary Nightmother's Sceptre
Heroic Greensteel SP Item

And cannoth-crafted gear to fill in the other spots. Would like some advice on what to slot/what to shoot for to make this happen. I have the Legendary Necromancer's Bracers and know I can slot the insightful +10 int on the Styigian Wrath. I also have the third piece of the Beacon of Magic set, but the Attunement Gauntlets are kind of important.

I may be approaching this wrong, but it seems like the best approach is to max out negative spell power/crit chance, but also have an elemental power as a "backup"(since a number of things are immune to negative). I could slot in something other thant electric, though, the question is what and where?

You could maybe try a sharn esoteric set it seems to have one of the best docents right now with a decent set bonus

you could use the pn raid gogs then for your set and insightful spell focus mastery dcs so you could dump your nightmother

for better clubs dps or necro healing but i think thats just better for a wf sorc then wizard

and with the new pm healing you might get alot more from your toon

if you trd to like a deep gnome then you could use robes or different sharn sets

belt sharn black satin waist quality stat 5 artifact wise i'd probly swap the bracers for the int 22 neclace the zarasha'k ward then just craft ins int

onto another sharn item like the sharn rings profanity 2, spell profanity 2 or the collective soul gogs craftable stat, insightful stat

Hat panosophic is great if it has a reaper bonus on it if it don't upgrade to a wall watch circlet then you almost have a arcsteel battle mage set

but its only medium armor so ya need a race change for that

Tossing in a 30-35% LGS negative crit multiplier item makes Auras heal silly. (not that they arent without it already :P )
