What's the best random-gen loot you have ever found?

For notable random-gen items...
-I once found a buckler with deathblock
-I also found a dwarven axe with dwarf bane
-A Repeater w/ insightful tendon slice (6% chance to inflict tendon slice for 2 seconds)

In terms of best random-gen items...
-I found a "vampire beater", silver scimitar w/ fire (also gnoll bane for some reason)
-A ML 13 cloak w/ +5 WIS, +2 insightful CHA, and +11 insightful cold resistance
-Search +14, Disable Device +15 goggles
-The crowning pinnacle, ML 8 boots w/ Speed V and Feather Fall (unfortunately, could did get the Speed IV)

Yeah the buggy wheloon loots are awesome for those who were in the right time the right place xd. I really wish wondrous wasnt entirely hammered down to what it is now, considering rarity and actual chance for a good affix combo.... but DDO logix, we have to halve our reward expectations after a division by 10.

In the old system my most desired pull was a neato looking +5 Silver Vorpal Greatsword, ideally with something like Righteousness or another cool affix.

In the current system, Wisdom of Insightful Wisdom Goggles with a green slot is closest to my best pull probably.

I dont remember how i got it probably ah as i didnt buy the expansion. I still wish i cud get more. It would be my perfect TR gear if it did not fill the slot for my Torc. Resistance +10 is a big deal for heroics. I have a cloak that is. +10 natural armor but that is not that big a deal. I still choosr to use +10 resistance over torc

I liked the time where they were dropping bleeding of lacerating. I still have some lowbie gear in my reincarnation cache. Back then it was top tier

I have an old ML 8 kukri (remember those? once used by rogues) riptide of lacerating. I added Risia on it and it seemed awesome. Not so great anymore but I cannot bear to chuck it

ML 8? (might have been 10) It was! the Risia effect is also legacy and dropped it to ML 8.

This does 1d6plus burst and various 1d6/1d4, roughly 5d6 lazily computed ; at level 10 a Macabre weapon does 3d6 evil, 3d10 human bane, 3d6 chilling, Vampirism...

ML 8? (might have been 10) +1 ghost touched rapier of disruption, race restricted warforged. This was way back when disruption triggered on every critical hit and I had a warforged rogue (also back when they had a lot of immunites instead of just resistance.)

I found a banishing of smiting bow once. Eclipsed by all other weapons now I almost never use it but the combo just seemed so unique.

Ok, so with the new random gen loot changes that just happened, the game is definitely going to be more interesting now.
These are the new/reintroduced effects I have found on new loot so far:
-Hallowed (for Turn Undead)
-Command (like the Grudgebearer's Plate)
-Luck (like Voice of the Master)

I also found an item with two augment slots, as described in the Update. And this:
