Inquisitive can purchase Conjure Bolts for 2 AP spent. Falconry needs to spend 8 AP for 80% returning ammo. I suggest swapping either animal hunter or practiced accuracy inside Falconry so we can buy the returning ammo for less APs. The lower stack size balances out the small edge of returning ammo (as if anyone really bothers swapping perfect ammo), and i still costs more. 1+1 vs 1+3.
