Missing Loot From PN

I first noticed this about a month ago when after running PN I only pulled platinum from the end chest; since it was the first time I had ever seen this happen I assumed it was just a one off bug. However recently in two consecutive runs 3 of my guild members pulled either no loot or only platinum from the endchest. I'm not sure if difficulty has anything to do with this (Since it did with other raids that were not dropping loot) but all 3 of these runs were on Reaper so it might've been the difficulty.

I think this happens when you have lag when the chest is opened. I have had this happen to me once or twice, and there was always a lag spike when I looked into the chest. Only one random item and some plat appeared.

The lag was not when the chest spawned, as we see in Shroud part 1 for example.

Did you all hit the chest at the same time? I recall that being an issue in a few of guild raids I was in like a year ago if the whole group loots simultaneously.

I will say I haven't otherwise heard of it happening in PN yet, and my guild runs it twice/week (not on Reaper though).
