The help button for bug reporting / ticketing just displays a blank page in the game client

Here what I wrote in another thread:


Same issue here, but I found a workaround:

open help window -> wait 2-3secs -> right-click on window -> choose "Back" -> right-click again -> choose "Forward"

Now at least the buttons like "open ticket" and "track tickets" are visible.

Try changing screen to window mode, it helped me but... it still isn't right.

Bug reporting window is bugged???? Classic DDO.


Reminds me of trying to log onto the Comcast/Xfinity website to pay my bill or make changes to my internet service but their website didn't work...

But hey, at least we have horses.



On a less snarky note, I recently received several emails regarding bugs I've reported over the past months. Seems like someone over at SSG is finally going through that inbox, so there may be hope.

This is still an issue, the suggested workarounds don't work, the back and forward buttons are greyed out for me and i always play in windowed mode.

I wouldn't expect it to start working any time soon. The bug reporting experience, on the player end, is in need of a touch up.

The REAL but report form can be hard to find. Here it is in case you have an issue you wish to be reporting:

FYI, that "ticket_form_id" isn't an ID associated with your ticket. That form ID is specifically for the bug report form.
