Don't kill the monkeys?

Sometimes I skip the Restless Isles quest chain when reincarnating so this was new to me yesterday but when did they change it from kill no more than 10 miners to free most of them? Then the more important question to ask is, have they changed Let Sleeping Dust Lie too? If not why/when? There was a 10 monkey buffer but you only get 5 spiders.

It was just last week or so. If you don't read the release notes for every update, you'll miss stuff like this.

Not killing the monkeys was tough. Not killing the spiders is easy (just clear 100% before picking up the book).

It is quite a new change. I just ran it for the first time since the change last week. It is nice not having to turn off Improved Precise Shot now.
