Devs - Orien is Down. Can we get some kind of update please?

See the title. The server has been a mess for 2 hours+ now. I think any of us who play on Orien might at least appreciate some kind of communication, even "we know. We're working on it."

By down I mean I, and from the other posts I've seen here, quite a few others, are being stuck on loading screens and then can't get back in game. It gets as far as "connection successful" but then can't get past the login attempts. Other servers are fine.

Unfortunately, I'd bet they're short-staffed today for the holidaze. Murphy's law and all that. :(

(@ Intern (or whoever?) - reboot Orien. It's down anyway, you can't do worse. Put up a notice and pull the trigger!)

Also if it crashed, they may have to run some database checks on the server. You absolutely don't want to screw something like that up.

Between giving only one option to report outages like this, and nearly being completely unstaffed anyway, SSG's customer support system is by far the WORST I've ever run into in ANY online environment.
