I have a lvl 20 artificer, I want to reincarnate him to a different class on all 20 lvls. How do I do that?

I looked on the D&D store I did not see a lesser reincarnation+20 listed, did they get rid of it?

The +20 hearts are on sale for limited times through the year.

Probably quicker to TR. Unless you hate leveling.

This. The only reason I could see for dropping a +20 heart is if you already have x3 arti class and x3 in the racial you're in. I know some people hate leveling, but it doesn't take that long.

If you don't want to level again, AND don't care about getting a Past Life, then, yeah, a +20 Heart of Wood. They're not always for sale, and expensive when they are (2,495 DP when not discounted).

If, otoh, you want an Artificer Past Life (or a Racial one), then you want a True Reincarnation (or a Racial Reincarnation, as appropriate). Then you start over at Level 1 (or 15 if you choose an Iconic race for your next life) and start over again with more build points (34 on 2nd life, 36 on 3rd and all later lives).

(It also allows you to select an appropriate Active PL feat if you choose to.)

TR/RR requires 20 Tokens of the Twelve, which are actually pretty easy to farm up - a few days should do it. There are "daily" runs of the popular Epic quests that drop Tokens - Spies, Lords of Dust, Devil Assault - those are the usual ones, but there are more:

Just as a matter of perspective—
Reincarnating is the way and releveling to 20. You will earn favor rewards, some named gear perhaps, maybe some Reaper xp too depending.
Using a lesser heart is a costly shortcut AND you do not get the benefits of the past life or anything else.

So unless you have tons of money and rarely play, TR.

I finally used the free +20 lesser heart that we got years ago on one of my capped alts that is now a bank mule. Changed from a Sorc 18/FvS2 or something janky like that (was META at the time) to a Sorc 20 so that I can solo a Heroic Shroud and an ADQ without having to re-level that bank mule.

There are some good reasons to use a lesser heart, but only on a character that's capped which you don't ever want to level again. If you're going to run regular quests in the future, you'll end up back at cap eventually anyway, so I agree with Saekee on almost every occasion for LR vs. TR.
