Forgive me if these questions are answered elsewhere...

1. How does one who has achieved 1750 favor get the "Death Watches You" feat on alts?

2. My daughter achieved level 20 and 1750 favor but did not speak to mortality on the hardcore server. Is there a way for her to get her rewards now?

1) You need to talk to Mortality on the live servers to get that feat with any toon on the same account
2) Hardcore is back up, so if she hasn't copied the toon to live, she can talk to mortality there before copying it, unless the toon as died, then she can't get it. Certainly can try talking to mortality on that toon on the live server. Otherwise send ini a ticked, but it might be too late.

Mortality has different dialogue options now so people can't earn the rewards after the deadline. They probably can't determine when the achievement was complete since quests can still be run right now. Technically there is no GM help on Hardcore server anyway. You can open a ticket and/or send Cordovan a message but I don't see them giving it to anyone at this point.
