Hey why did you change taunt emote on male halflings?

A quick snoop reports that the last time this file was touched was to add a cloak to it in Sept 2018.

It was changed for the helf a long time before cloaks were introduced, and speaking of helf the "Carlton Dance" was removed too. Was it because the Fortnite debacle?

I don't remember the halflings ever having that taunt. The butt-slap taunt was always the female half-elf taunt.

You sure they had that one before? It wouldn't make much sense to have one of the original races with an different taunt.

It used to be the h-elf taunt.. but it's not any more. They also lost their unique /flex animation for some reason.

Mmmmmnope, I just rolled one up internally and their emotes haven't changed at all.

You can say that, but I distinctly remember my (male) half-elf bard flexing with one arm.. then turning the hand outward while doing so and nodding.
And I also remember the butt slap because one of the abilities in the swashbuckler tree triggered the taunt animation.

I also have no idea when they changed since the character is pretty much a barely touched alt, but my brother plays the race from time to time more often than I do on our never ending TR quest and I remember being bummed when he /flex-ed and it was the same as a human's.

if this was done purpose, it actually makes me angry.

nah.. op mentioned male halfling. They had 'male' right.. and 'half'.. just was 'elf' instead of 'ling'. :D

Before that the previous versions were its creation in 2010 and a data refactor that re-generated the file structure in 2012. Not sure what I'm supposed to be looking at here, I don't ever play half-elves.

I expected so much better. And Lynnabel, much more form you of all. I really hope this was an honest mistake and not motivated by hostility or because you chose favored enemy halfling on your ranger last life. One way or the other I think all halflings would appreciate an apology for the misunderstanding.
