You can already see it's icon on public lfm's and the potential new feat for simple ranged weapons.

There was a post about this (https://www.ddo.com/forums/showthread.php/509920-Took-Level-1-Alchemist-(Helf)) shortly after the update, the dilly doesn't actually function yet so don't bother taking it.

No, DO take it! The point is not whether it works or not, the point is that we can! (Do it on an alt server, where you have the character slots.)
