White Plume Package confusion?

Hey Kobold Union,

I recently bought access to White Plume for me and the wife. Now I'm hearing the "side quests" you get with the White Plume Pac(?) are really good.

I need to buy the entire pac to get all those side quests? And can I do that if I have already bought White Plume mountain? (ie, we clicked on the portal, it said we needed to buy access so we did)

My concern is that I will buy the WP pac(?) only to have install issues because it already sees I already own WP mountain.

There are 4 other quests in the pack - if you can enter WPM, you can enter those other quests too. The entry npcs are in The Twelve. There is an npc teleporter guy to shift you back and forth between the twelve and HoH where the WPM entrance portal is.

No need to worry about installing issues - you already have it installed!

Buying adventure & redeeming pack codes don't trigger any additional downloads, you just gain access to the content. The HUGE download you did when setting up the game contained all of DDO's dungeons, and when DDO releases an update, the new dungeons are installed automatically.


Of note with buying WPM is that you will see 2 packs in the store. The "Bonus items" pack does NOT contain the 5 adventure, just a skill tree and a (rather nice) set of cosmetics.

From your post, you want the first one, only. Just spend the DDO Points, and you're good to go.

Thank you! This is the clarification I did not know I was looking for... I really appreciate you taking the time to answer this question. So, I want to buy both, to get all the stuffz? I got the Ultimate Bundle for Ravenloft, I'll get the Ultimate for Sharn?, but I do wish they would gather all that stuff up and put it together in a more detailed format. The DDO Market out-of-game, and the In-game DDO store seem disjointed for me. I had a bit of anxiety trying to figure where, and how to buy the things. I still am confused a bit honestly. :)
But, this helped tremendously for one part. Thanks again.
