Sane Asylum puzzle - Wiki doesn't seem to be correct. There are more than 2 variants.

There seem to be more than 2 variants.

I got one where the block to the right of the mindflayer is an L
and to the back/left of the mindflayer is an I. (where variant 1 shows it should be an L)

Puzzle can't be solved following the wiki.
Any tips on solving the puzzle with this variant?

Use the wiki for all the walls (cause it works) and then look at the ceiling, you want to reach the middle without changing its bottom version (which should be connected to the right of the mindflayer)

I've done this puzzle hundreds of times. Literally, hundreds of times. I've never seen more than 2 variants. Unless there was a change in the last couple months, I don't understand this post... and especially the dev's comment.

Same for me. Unless several variants all have the same solution I have not experienced more than 2 versions either after doing the puzzle more times than I care to think about.

The solutions on the wiki each work for more than one variant. The tiles that differ between variants that work with the same solution aren't ones that you would have to light up.

There are multiple variants, but only 2 matter.
learn the 2 that work for you and you are good to go.
