Let me get this straight. You open a new server with a bigger challenge than the life servers. Your game is bugged to hell and you limit the CS on that said server? Because you what? Can't afford to hire 5 more people for three month?!
"Greetings. Please note that Customer Support is limited on the Hardcore server, and we are unable to assist you with the issue that you are experiencing. If you experience issues in a quest or dungeon, we recommend that you run a different quest or recall out, reset the dungeon, and try again. Enjoy your adventures."
Another example for your mediocre company management.

This is a really sad read.
I hope it's just poor wording, and that the specific issue has limited support on the Server; and not that overall CS is lower there.. especially as it's by definition a paid server :(

The quest bugged out. Everything was done. We looted the endchest. A GM could have checked real quick and then complete the quest for us. That would have been 2 min of work.
Think about it. You risk your life on a difficult quest, it bugs out and you need to risk your life again. And CS does nothing. That is hiding from responsibilities.
As I requested before. Up your quality threshold, SSG.

Obviously they cannot.
