Just wondering if this scroll is sold in the Game?? Or if it comes as a Loot Drop??

yes to both

however..... its kinda hard to find the store.

Its in the portable hole. only way to get there is to teleport from a scroll or have someone cast greater tele.

Iirc the guild vendor in houae K has the teleport scrolls

Always choose disrupt undead and masters touch, then the rest just buy from market, easier.

Cant expect level 1 to tele to the hole anyway...

If you look up any spell on the Wiki, at the bottom of the page it lists in-game sources (if any).

they aren't bound in any way so just ask any higher level character on your server to go grab you one from the portable hole.

this works if u cast the spell not if u scroll it to clarify
