I'm getting permanently stuck on loading screens and can't access the game on initial load after selecting my character.

Same here, same spot. I can choose my character, then the loading screen comes up and never makes progress. Ugh. Please just hire some developers that can make a decent Mac client and don't give us any emulation **** like Wine.
