I get to the character selection screen, pick my toon, get the zoning in screen and
dats it.
nothing and progress bar stays empty

who else?

I just finished today's (the 9th) update, and had an identical problem on two attempts to get to character of choice.

I did notice that my login screen, where you put password, and choose server, that usually stays open after the large play screen opens, is now absent from the bar. This is different from before.

Gonna need a fix before I get my VIP money's worth! Cannot play DDO at all!

I was having the same issue then I reset graphic settings from character selection screen, and I was able to load into game. I am still getting lag and slow load times, but its working at least.

Having done a bit more testing. I got stuck on loading another character, so another issue is causing this, but the lowered graphics seems to help.

Its nto hardcore, tis every server, I cant even get my rolls done...

This bites. I was able to login to Sarlona, but... got an issue moving from one house to the next.

Created another toon on HC server and cant load into it... stuck loading no blue bar progress at all. had to alt-F4 out for the newly created toon.

can still load existing toons into a very sluggish game.. but.. I have no interest in playing HC in lagtastic mode.. alt-F4 for the night...

still screwed.

Newly created toons cant log into the game so cant play Hardcore server..

TR's are unable to log into the game.. be wary if yo uwere thinking about TR'ing with all the fups that are already in play for screwing over TR's this is probably not the time to play Russian roulette with a tr life...

servers are laggy as f...

Night revels is giving expired chocolate and quests are not completing.

I did this too, but now I am back to having issues logging in. I think there has to be something else going on.
