Heys. You can't enter the Cannith Challenge "Circles of Power" (base level 4) at level 13 even if you're setting the level of the challenge to 13 or whatever. The game reports that you can't enter a quest on hardcore when you're more than 4 levels above the "base" level of the quest. Which clearly does not work for the cannith challenges.
Just thought I'd mention it since I saw this happen on Vooduspyces twitch stream and announced to write an angry forum post about it. So, rarr, grrr, etc.
