Minor Prr bug in wolf and bear form

I've noticed that my bear druid does not get the 12 prr granted by natural fighting when i initially log in and am in bear form. Changing to normal form and back to bear corrects this.

A minor bug but worth remembering.

This kinda bug is why a lot of such stances go away on logout. ;)

Wouldnt it be more elegant to just have the client remember all toggle-on status, and just toggle them off and on automatically for you when you log in? :D

Having to toggle things like Runearm charging, Stay Frosty and my Stalwart Defender buff is always a big nuisance ><
