Gamma Level Adjustments

Hello all,
I am asking if anyone is aware of an "INI" file that may be set to RO status, that affects the "Gamma Level" adjustment slider bar!

I am unable to change this value, located on the "Graphics" section, as the slider bar will not move up or down from the current setting of "1.00"! (sucks getting older)
