Need Help with a Build!?

Hello everybody,and thanks for spending time on this thread.But I have to come clean with this.I am a new player(like really new honestly) and I am having alot of headaches on creating my build that I am imagining.Long story short I am looking for making a Human who is a Druid(BEAR)/Barbarian.I have a character who is a pure fighter and I am trying to lvl him to 20+ so I can get 32pt. so I am on my path and have alot to do.But I really want this thing to happen and I have no clue from where to start.
I do have a VIP status(I dont know if Its important to be mentioned)
I am on my way to the 32pt. and I will reincarnate as soon as possible
if possible I need every single thing to be described on this build that i really want to play(because i am not happy with what I am playing right now).
I am a HARD NOOB and i really need:
Stats
Skills
Feats
Enchantment
Basicaly EVERYSINGLE THING honesly because I really dont know how to build(I always follow a build down to the wire).
SO if possible PLEASE HELP ME WITH THIS. :(

I'm no expert on multiclassing, by any means, but wouldn't 1 level of FVS for Divine Will be useful? That would give half your wisdom bonus to your damage and tactical DC's.

What are you not happy about with your pure Fighter?
What is it about Bear/Barbarian that you find appealing? (i.e. What is different between your Bear/Barbarian conception on the Fighter you currently play?)
Are there any "must haves" for your build? (i.e. What is the baseline for what the build has to do / Are there any non-negotiable elements? (e.g. does it have to be just Druid/Barbairan, or can there be a third class, or a different mix, etc))
What (stat) tomes, if any, have you consumed? (Largely so people have a better idea of how low they can go on build points and still hit Feat pre-reqs)

I dont feel the fighter being my class I cant explain it better :/
The Bear/Barbarian is just a cool idea and would like it to work and be ok at end game content.(I can be a BEAR) :D
The Build is focused on being a Tank and Dps if possible. I really dont feel ok with 3 class mix (I might sound like a spoiled brat)
I dont have any Tomes at the moment and when i reincarnate i will have 32pt. if needed I will buy tomes but i need to know will be the build so I can follow it.

Honestly I dont feel like 3 class mix but if its needed I will do it :/

Bear barbarian can work (you would be better off as a wolf, but you want bear).

The build will depend on your preferences, here are some options:

1) Mostly druid
at least 5 barbarian, at least 1 FVS, rest up to you.

You want t5s from barb, divine might from FVS, and rest just allocated sensibly (bear rage enhancers). A falchion and t5 FB is probably a good option.

2) Pure druid
Builds itself, for DPS use a two handed weapon.

3) Mostly barb, expensive build
