not sure if any of the SSG staff has worked in hospitality but they should. if you go to a restaurant that says they are open daily from 7am till 10pm you expect the doors to be open. if they are not , you find another place to go have a new favorite dish and that one loses your patronage. if they say Tuesday is the day they do restarts then stick to it. *** is wrong with them random restart days are way too common place and it is more than just annoying. I don't get to spend many hours playing this game but I always play in the morning for an hour or 2 and I wake up at 4 or 5 am to do so. so for me this is more than inconvenient when they randomly shut down the worlds. there are no other games I like out there so I would move if I could but this sux .

I don't think this is a normal restart. Not-typical day and not-typical duration. I'm assuming there was some issue.

ROFLMAO, Did a small problem just before servers went down, and the sky spirit and mobs were doing an extremely good likeness of lemmings, so this made me chuckle, even though the quest was very frustrating

Yup seems a bit strange, though they have been randomly jumping between Tuesdays and Wednesdays for some time now, and then it all depends if there has been a patch, hot fix, update that week. I agree in part if not whole with what the OP. is saying concerning hospitality, they do Host a game platform which used by paying customers, a good host would in fact be Hospitable!

I love the game, and understand that things don't always go to plan, but what really gets to me is the almost total lack of understanding and empathy towards the player base at times, they stated it was a restart, which they have stated takes around one hour, yet this is much longer, came early without forewarning and no info anywhere (FB, Twitter, this forum, load page..) as to what and when!

For a group of people who are tech savvy, who's work involves the internet, they seem to have poor understanding of the concept of communication skills, they could at least roll up a character to do a better job. :mad:

Gremlin hunting, glitch tracking, ghosts in the machine... a billion wires crossing one another and each with just a little inductance that at the right moment, throws off the signal in another. At least they don't have to deal with manually wired backplanes but I shudder at the thought.
