The xp boost to many quests has predictably boosted the number of quests that can viably pull groups together! That is great.
I thought the issue was opt ransack was not occurring at all, or at least if people were avoiding completions to take advantage. I don't get the negativity you've allowed to occur around opts over this. If the ransack/recharge mechanic works for completion xp, what is the issue with opt xp? Why not just fix the problem: separate the opt timers so they cannot be taken advantage of and then have them subject to SAME ransack and recharge rules as quest completions? It was your error allowing opts to avoid ransacking, why punish the whole game?
This penalizes content appreciators and we wonder, what did we do? I would imagine Devs appreciate opts too since you designed them. I get that folks were taking advantage of opts because they were not ransacking at all. You should have made the rules for opts and completions the same. Your solution creates social seems in LFMs where I now avoid opts since I'd rather not attempt accounting for other players' histories with the opt, negotiate, etc. What am I missing?
