Any thoughts about not making it suck?
it's an epic feat, should be on par with the level 9 spells now.
I understand that nukers are OP right now and don't need help, but just for the sake of consistency this shouldn't be so weak.

The 9th level spells are just so much better. An epic spell should be more powerful.

All they really need to do to rebalance it would be adding a few more dice to the damage scaling, or reducing its cooldown and increasing the AoE range on impact.
It's currently 3d20+15 scaled with Spellpower, but you could change it to be like 1d15+15 per character level AND scaled to be like Energy Burst. Make the range slightly wider.
