Linus Weir not giving end rewards in Korthos

Both my toons have been waiting 5 minutes after clicking for end reward and nothing happens. Many others are gathered around him also seeming frustrated waiting for window to pop open. Basically nothing happens clicking on him.

Edit: Ok i think this is a lag - delay problem in Korthos with so many on it. Other quest givers are not even responding or giving a window when talking to them.

Edit2: logging in and out worked in giving me chat box/rewards

We found an issue with several korthos npcs that only occurs when population is very high.... which it is ;) This should be fixed once the serve comes up.
