XP potions are bugged for me, help, customer service ignored me

First time I noticed my 50% xp potions/VIP 10% bonus not working was while using a call of destiny, video linked

Put in a ticket and all they would do was refund my call of destinies...

Now once again I am not receiving my 50% xp potion bonus or my VIP 10% bonus, video linked

This is a pretty big deal to me considering the price for those potions, who's attention do I need to get to fix this? Is there something I'm missing here?

Can't it be you got approximately 20k xp before the VIP and pot? (For the first video in von1)

So then the VIP and XP pot are already included in there? Or is that not how it works?

I looked through the 3 videos and you did not open the quest report in any of them, so I can't verify it myself.

Thnx so much, I thought those numbers were additive not a breakdown of what your bonus xp sources have added to that total number.

Worth checking it out anyway when you run the next quest though. Check out the total xp awarded in the chat panel, and the xp at the bottom of xp report. If it works out approximately, all is fine. :P

Von 1 gives lousy XP when you repeat it without first time bonuses. The XP you got in that video looked just right to me, about 20k base XP, and 10k in bonuses.

Looks like everything is working as it should to me.

But when you use 50% potions you should go do quests that give more XP than Von 1 :)
