Using evocation and enchantments
Need sonic and devotion
And Melee offence/defence
+ perform

Any also Playing 1 cc buff 2 melee 3 heal-nuke?
42 ss 23 scoundrel 8 vistani rest sb/warch.

Goggles: Legendary Collective Sight (Charisma / Insightful Constitution)
Cloak: Legendary Mantle of Fury
Belt: Slave Lords (Dexterity / Deception / Perform / Quality Charisma)

Put augments of Devotion and Resonance in your weapon/orb.

The Evocation DC isn't quite as good as the Enchant DC with this gear, but in my opinion on bard you want to target mostly Will saves over Fortitude saves at end game.
