Ok so I understand that’s Thunderforged Weapons might not be ideal for end game due to not taking sentience and just overall not as good as the Lvl 28/29 options that are out there. However I am curious if the tier 3 Draconic Invogoration is worth considering as an item swap to recharge ABs on build dependent of them.

Draconic Reinvigoration: Passive: +1 use/rest to Action Boost, Rallying Cry, Smite Evil, Turn Undead and Bard Songs. On Damage or Spell Damage: 2% chance to generate 1 Action Boost, Rallying Cry, Smite Evil, Turn Undead, and Bard Songs (triggers once per 100 seconds).

Does this effect still work? Has anyone tested on a build with NHB or Endless Fuselage? The cooldown to proc doesn’t look attractive, however 2% chance to recharge looks fantastic.

????Feedback?

Yes, it's great as an off-hand weapon swap for TWF. I have not played a crossbow build but my instinct is it's not worth it in general, but if I had one or could build one with no real lose of wealth I would put it in my backpack.

Thx for confirming it still works. I just was hoping it wasn’t hit like mortal fear was when legendary was introduced.

I believe I am going to make a L Xbow version and test. On a level capped Inquisitor, I should be able to recoup one AB recharge after 30 secs (assuming 100 blots per minute) of being off cooldown of NHB. But for the math in this post I am not going to compare the GXbow switch, but rather comparing same weapons. This means a recharge rate of once every two minutes. Considering I have 12 ABs, I can keep NHB up 3.6 mins in between shrines. Once that is depleted, I do the following:

If I were to swap out when off cooldown I can recharge in an average of 30 secs and switch to a great xbow (volley) to boost damage during NHB. Then I switch to my flavor L or H Xbow for the next 1 min and 12 secs once Draconic Incarnation is off cooldown and repeat.

So the net loss of the avg 30 secs switching to TF LXbow over Leg Nightshooter is and assuming 150 ranged power:

5.5(1d8+2) + 15 vs 4.5(1d8) + 12 = 18.5 (25.9 scaled with RP)(54.4 scaled after calculating extra crit profile)
Lose Sov Vorpal Proc on 20 but gain 15 damage from 1st degree burns = wash
Lose Poisonous 5 = 27 (37.8 scaled with RP)
Lose Wounding 5 but gain 1st degree burns = call it a wash because I cannot quantify the ability damage due to reaper mechanics vs non-reaper difficulty. But I would venture to say the stacking vulnerability is much better in reaper.
Lose Twining Hemlock but gain paralyzing fear = wash but I am also thinking that the no save 5% paralysis for secs which also makes helpless damage is better than the Nightshooter ability.

So net loss for 30 secs switching to recover an AB is 92.2 per bolt and considering typical inquisitor build will net around 1.66 bolts per second not on NHB (this is considering double shot and dual Xbows) this equals 154 DPS or 4620 damage overall.

Net gain of an extra action boost for 18 seconds is (assuming full law dice with jaded as inquisitor and a minimum of 10 SA Die) and comparing Leg Nightshooter:

No holds barred is approx 30% gain in attack speed when active on non-repeaters. Since we are comparing the same weapon for these 18 secs everything will scale 30% due to 30% increase in attack speed.
Net gain of 116.7 damage per bolt. DPS gain = 195sec or 3510 overall.

I think you are right it just doesn’t seem worth it to switch after doing the math. The 100 second cooldown is the mitigating factor. But it certainly looks to be still probably one of the best epic leveling weapons for an inquisitor if tier 3 for sure.
