Hi guys,
I can log on to game but when I go to select a server get a "failed to queue for server error # 80004005". I tried multiple servers with no difference. It has been years since I've played and maybe that is the issue. So I created a second account and could log in and play just fine. I can log into account management and see the old account as well as log on here with the info. I submitted a ticket A week ago with no response. So I turned here hoping someone knows a fix or at least another way to contact support.

12 days with no response. Is this a normal time frame for ticket responses from Standing Stone now? I don't remember ever waiting this long when it was turbine.

Didn't work but thanks for the attempt. I'm pretty sure it is an account issue as I can log on this comp with another account. Ill try to contact the GM's you listed.

Try deleting the userpreferences.ini file?

Tried didn't fix it. Thanks for the suggestion though. Still no word from support "Day 14"or the GM I contacted on the forums. I'm getting very frustrated

Contact via forum is tricky since you don't know when that SSG person will have a look. Did you try the SSG help page, too?
Use the 2nd account to write a ticket maybe? and refer to your main account. but it is no ingame problem so I doubt that will work. scratch that: you need to be at least premium to write an ingame ticket.
Is your 1st account bannend maybe?

I have had a ticket open on the support page for 2 weeks with no response. I havent tried the in game system yet since it wasn't an in game problem.
Not sure if the account is banned. I dont know why it would be I haven't played in several years. If it was banned I would still like a response.
Getting really frustrated. I created the second account and upgraded to vip just to run with other friends who returned as well. I work 2 weekends a month so they have till then room pretty sure I'll just quit playing.

So 25 days and not a word from standing stone. Doesnt bode well for me returning. Sad part is I made an alt account and still love the game. Just the thought of rerunning all those past lives and gear farming is causing me to get really aggitated.

I can log in fine. I can see my account and the expansion I had bought.

Geez SSG, is it so hard to contact this player and inform him, if there is an issue with his account from your side?
You have to seriously work on your customer support. You run this whole operation as if your game lives from content alone. Why is this no concern for you?
