It gives a bonus percentage chance in getting a named item from a chest. I think the greater is +10% so I assume the lesser is 5%. Both those could be wrong though.

In Euro there is no greater elixier shown as bonus for 49Euros +, only a lesser elixier for smaller packages- so I have to wait till they fixed that.

I have just purchased a £40 pack of DDO points and didn't receive a free item. I have done what Mindos suggested and logged out and back in again and still nothing. I see from other posts here that I am not alone in my experience. There is no option on the submit ticket form for store issues. I resent having to deal with this when all I wanted to do was play the game. What recourse do I have? How do i get what's owed to me?

Exactly, do you want us to file a ticket in game and deal with in-game support? Or are you gonna handle this automatically from your side? Or should we do it through the forums/official website?
